The design of the speaker looks great but as I have seen with other people who have purchased it, the legs have the potential to break off. The only issue I can see with the speaker is with the design. To fix that you can just plug it into an outlet and the sound goes back to normal. When the speakers battery starts to get low the sound will start to diminish. The speaker has a battery life of 5 hours so you can play it for a while. You can also answer phone calls with the built in speaker with no worries about sound quality or having to talk loud. You get great sound, great loudness and it covers a good distance away so you can keep your phone with you even as you go into different rooms.
